I have a tin of Lion’s Mane powder that I’ve only tried once, couldn’t sense any difference in my focus and wasn’t that keen on the ‘tea’ concept or taste, not being into hot drinks myself.
Have you noticed any difference with the gummies? How do they taste?
Because of the sugar these taste ok, I mean there is a hint of mushroom but mostly it's sickly sweet sugar. I think I've noticed a difference but nothing life changing. I migth try for 3 months then stop & see if I notice a difference the other way

I had heard of it - but not tried it. Definitely struggle with focus and go off on tangents at the drop of a hat 🎩
